  The TL1963AQKTTRQ is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator that is designed for the fast transient response. With a dropout voltage of 340 mV, the device can deliver 1.5 A of output current. The operating quiescent current is 1 mA, and in shutdown, it drops to less than 1 mA. The output voltage ranges between 1.21 and 20 volts. Quiescent current is well-controlled; unlike many other regulators, it does not rise in dropout.The TL1963AQKTTRQ regulators feature a low output noise and fast transient response, making them excellent for sensitive RF supply applications. With output capacitors as low as 10 F, the TL1963AQKTTRQ regulators are stable. Small ceramic mlcc capacitors can be employed instead of ESR, as is the case with most other regulators.
