The TL1963AQKTTRQ is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator that is designed for the fast transient response. With a dropout voltage of 340 mV, the device can deliver 1.5 A of output current. The operating quiescent current is 1 mA, and in shutdown, it drops to less than 1 mA. The output voltage ranges between 1.21 and 20 volts. Quiescent current is well-controlled; unlike many other regulators, it does not rise in dropout.The TL1963AQKTTRQ regulators feature a low output noise and fast transient response, making them excellent for sensitive RF supply applications. With output capacitors as low as 10 F, the TL1963AQKTTRQ regulators are stable. Small ceramic mlcc capacitors can be employed instead of ESR, as is the case with most other regulators. In TL1963AQKTTRQ voltage regulators, reverse-battery protection, current limiting, heat limiting, and reverse-current protection are all built into the internal protection circuitry.Fixed output voltages of 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V are available, as well as an adjustable device with a 1.21-V reference voltage. The 5-pin TO-263 (KTT) package is available for the TL1963A-Q1 regulators.

The ambient temperature is between -65 to 150 C and the junction temperature lies between -40 to 125 C.
